1 General Terms

By accessing the bg33 platform or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between bg33 and the user.

bg33 reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the bg33 website and its associated services. "User" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor. "Account" refers to the personal profile created in the user's name.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on bg33 and use its services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may create only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• Users must register under their real identity — not in someone else's name or under a fictitious identity.
• Anyone identified as belonging to a region or list restricted by bg33 will not be permitted to register.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bg33 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved document may be requested for verification. bg33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account login credentials, password, and all other security information strictly confidential. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

• Account passwords must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to the bg33 support team immediately.
• For maximum security, users are advised to use a strong and unique password.

If bg33 detects suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended during investigation. bg33 uses SSL encryption to keep user data secure.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bg33 supports transactions through all popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are conducted through secure and encrypted channels.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on bg33 are currently supported through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 Transaction Cancellation & Reversal

Deposits are generally non-refundable once made. However, if a duplicate or incorrect charge occurs due to a technical error, users may contact the support team. bg33 will make a reasonable decision following an investigation.

If fraud or money laundering is suspected on any account, bg33 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and freeze the funds in that account.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bg33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on that offer's page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you ৳2,000 to start playing with. Deposit ৳32,000 or more to receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit + bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated in the offer.
• Each user may claim each bonus only once.
• bg33 may cancel or modify any bonus at any time if it sees fit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Betting & Gaming Policy

bg33 offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games. Every game is operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.1 Bet Cancellation & Errors

If a game or betting round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. bg33 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at odds that are clearly incorrect or abnormal.

6.2 Sports Betting Special Conditions

In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded. Rules applicable to draws or undetermined outcomes will be stated in the specific conditions of that market.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

bg33 works with various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The specific rules for each game are displayed within that game.

7 VIP & Loyalty Program

bg33 has five VIP levels. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each level. Active and regular players can advance to higher levels.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. bg33 may change the conditions or method for receiving cashback at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Registering with a false or another person's identity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to place bets.
• Exploiting game errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Committing bonus fraud or abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.

9 Responsible Gaming

bg33 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income.

• Do not bet while under the influence of substances.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

12.1 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining funds at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms.

bg33 reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a rule violation. In such cases, funds may be forfeited or returned depending on the severity of the violation.
